Sanjay Ghodawat is an Indian entrepreneur, philanthropist, businessman and the founding hands behind one of India's fastest-growing conglomerates, the Sanjay Ghodawat Group (SGG). Not only is he a Mechanical Engineer but is also a licensed and certified pilot for helicopters, fixed wings aircraft and gliders. Rajesh Ghodawat is the Director of Ghodawat Consumer Limited (GCL). He started his journey in 2005, as the Partner of Ghodawat Textiles, where he spearheaded the textile division with a creative and innovative outlook to produce fashionable textiles. Currently, he oversees all day-to-day operations as well as crucial decision-making for Ghodawat Textiles and GCL's Rice & Flour Milling businesses. The Rice Division of GCL operates a complex factory using Buhler, a German technology, with manufacturing and processing facilities capable of producing 8MT per hour of both Basmati and Non-Basmati rice. Under his leadership and guidance, the Rice Division is seen at a substantial growth and today Star Rice (non-basmati) is among the Top 3 branded players in India. He plays a significant role in all the strategic and commercial decisions across SGG.
Shrenik Ghodawat is the Director of various business verticals of SGG. Shrenik has Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the CMS, Bangalore, and a Master’s degree in International Business from UBI, Belgium. He joined the family business at the age of 19 and brought on board his unique vision, management practices, and global approach across SGG. With his charismatic and dynamic approach, he has managed to lead SGG to greater heights of success. As the Managing Director at Ghodawat Consumer Ltd. (GCL), he spearheads the overall operations and strategic functions of GCL. Under his exemplary leadership, GCL recently touched a momentous milestone by becoming an INR 1,000 cr revenue company in FY 21 and is moving ahead with a renewed endeavor to double its revenue to INR 2,000 cr by FY 23.... Shrenik has made his presence count in Service Industry as well. He is the Founder & Director at Renom Energy Services Pvt Ltd (RENOM) which is one of its kind entity providing services of Operation and Maintenance to Renewable Energy Assets across India. Under his leadership, 'RENOM' has become India's leading organization in the O&M space with more than 1300 MW assets under management. He is also a Director at Star Air, founded in 2019, and is one of the most trusted Commercial Regional Airlines in India. It has won the trust and hearts of thousands of people with its on-time, affordable, comfortable and world-class services. Shrenik has also conceptualized and founded the retail business under Ghodawat Retail LLP in 2020. This startup is already making waves in the retail world with its latest offering 'Star Localmart'- a locally sourced, locally processed, and locally sold ecosystem. The concept stands out since the startup generates local opportunities such as employment, space for local companies to exhibit their products, local business opportunities and the promotion of local entrepreneurship. From a young age, Shrenik has been a recipient of multiple accolades and was also felicitated with “35 under 35” by Entrepreneur India, “40 Most Influential Under 40 Indians” award by Asia One, “Business Leadership Award 2021” along with the “Young Business Tycoon 2021” award by Times Group.
Salloni Ghodawat is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the Ghodawat Consumer Limited (Impulse Division). She is a Chartered Financial Analyst (USA) and a Finance and Global Commerce degree holder from the University of Western Ontario (UWO), Canada. As the COO, she is not only in charge of the day-to-day operations but also engages herself in the formulation and implementation of sales strategy. She closely collaborates with the entire sales team with a focus on distribution growth, brand recognition and revenue development. She manages the entire omnichannel network for Snack Food, Beverages, Bakery and Confectionary divisions. Salloni works closely with various business units and product development teams, to ensure that all our products are designed and developed to suit the customer needs without any compromise on quality. She also spearheads a new product development team for impulse categories. As a recipient of multiple accolades, Salloni, along with Shrenik was recently felicitated with the 'FEMINA PUNE'S MOST POWERFUL PERSONALITIES 2021' Award.
